General Information

What is the cost of the Conference?
Registration fee is $950. Guest/Spouse fee is $375.
What meals will be provided during the Conference?
Dinner on Sunday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday and Tuesday. Breakfast on Wednesday. If you have dietary restrictions, contact Karen Lowerr at 262-860-6546.
What is considered proper attire for the Conference?
Attire for this event is business casual for Conference sessions and event appropriate for social and networking events.
What is the weather typically like in September?
Being in the mountains the weather can change at a moment's notice. We have had everything from snow to beautiful sunny days. The highs are typically in the sixties with lows in the forties. View September weather information here.
How can I promote my company and product?
To make your company's promotional or product samples available to other Conference participants, contact the Conference Coordinator at (262) 860-6546.

Programming

What is the guest/spouse program?
The Guest Program is an annual tradition and an important part of The Material Handling & Logistics Conference. The program provides your guest/spouse an opportunity to take in all that Park City has to offer, while you enjoy the educational Conference programming. Your guest/spouse will rejoin you for all evening networking activities. Guest fee is $375.

Sponsorship

How can a material handling vendor/supplier attend?
Conference attendance is limited to end users only. Vendor/supplier attendance is only available with Sponsorship. Contact Scott Knight at 616-913-7193.

Transportation

What airport should I fly into?
The Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). The airport is a 45 minute scenic drive to the hotel. Shuttle transportation is available between the airport and venue.
Will I need to rent a car for the conference?
For recreational activities, renting a car is up to you. However, all Conference events will take place at the hotel.

Venue

Who makes hotel arrangements?
Individuals are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Please review venue page for all lodging details.
What should I do when I arrive at the hotel?
A check-in area will be set up on the Heritage Level of the lobby for you to check in and receive all Conference materials. You will also be able to inquire about evening events.
